With the rapidly evolving status of COVID-19, we at zPaper know that there is increasing uncertainty in both your personal and professional lives. Due to this we wanted to let you know what actions we at zPaper are taking to ensure smooth operations and non-impacted continuity and quality of service.
To ensure the safety of our staff, partners, and clients, we have implemented a mandatory work from home policy until further notice. All zPaper employees are equipped to work efficiently on a remote basis and will be following our HITRUST approved remote work policy. Our team is also following all government guidelines regarding social distancing and effective hygiene management.
Clients, partners, and visitors will continue to have full accessibility and service by the zPaper teams. Additionally, we envision no impact to the flow of documents and information. Clients may continue to reach our support teams through the zConnect community or by contacting (770)643-9297 option #2.
zPaper operates a redundant infrastructure platform which is monitored closely 24x7 by our expert team. zPaper corporate offices do not house any client-facing infrastructure.
All work-related travel has been cancelled until further notice. We are also strongly advising employees to refrain from any unnecessary personal travel.
